Le climat au Middle West est qualifié de "froid" sur l'ensemble du territoire; néanmoins il peut varier d'une région de l'Etat à une autre : ainsi on le qualifiera de "continental froid" dans sa partie sud, de "montagnard" au sud et à l'est à "montagnard froid" sur des altitudes plus élevées notamment dans la région d'Oréma, et même "arctique" sur 40% de son territoire. | |||
