Elle pourvoit au remplacement de Sébastien Diozzo à la charge de [[Président de la Fédération de Simland|Président de la Nation]] qu&#039;il a occupée pendant 6 mois.<br /> <br /> == Mode de scrutin ==<br /> Le scrutin est organisé par [[Administration de Simland|l’Administration des forums Simland]], qui est en charge de sa bonne tenue, de l’enregistrement des candidatures, du dépouillement et de la publication des résultats officiels. Les élections débutent quatre semaines avant la fin du mandat courant. Le dépôt des candidatures s&#039;étend sur une semaine, les campagnes sur deux semaines.<br /> <br /> Le premier tour est organisé le week-end de la deuxième semaine de campagne électorale, s&#039;étend sur quarante-huit heures. Si au terme du premier tour un candidat obtient plus de cinquante pour cent des suffrages exprimés il remporte de facto l’élection, conformément aux règles du scrutin uninominal à deux tours. Dans le cas contraire le second tour est immédiatement organisé et le scrutin se déroule à nouveau durant quarante-huit heures, la semaine suivante.
