En effet, il n'y a pas beaucoup de voies à Ramur Sud où les trains peuvent attendre quelques heures avant de repartir de leur gare d'origine, ainsi ils vont jusqu'à la gare de formation et repartent un peu après. De plu,s 6 quais sont réservés aux passages des RER-Ramur City et ne sont pas utilisés pour y laisser des wagons en attente de chargement simplement </ins>en <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">attente d'être attelés à une locomotive. La gare de formation compte près de 1200 employés et voit passer plus de 1200 wagons par jour !
