Seto n'a en fait jamais démissionné, il s'agit d'un mal entendu avec le gouverneur Jim qui a crut qu'il démissionnait et a rapidement nommé Sim Fan comme remplaçant. Suite à une absente de quelques jours, Jim a été mis au courant du problème et a immédiatement démis Sim Fan de ses fonction pour y replacer Seto qui devient donc le premier à avoir occupé le poste de Lieutenant Gouverneur plus d'une fois</ins>.</div></td></tr> </table>
