To create a new topic, just click on the big "Nouveau" button (''new'' in french) in the board in which you'd like to say what's on your mind. Then, you just have to type in the name/title of your topic in the entry marked "Sujet" (''Topic'' in french). At last, just as on any other message boards, type in whatever you want! (As long as it's still relevant, of course.)

To answer on a topic, just click on the "Répondre" button (''Answer''). You can quote an other member's message by clicking "Citer" (''Quote'')in the right-hand corner of his message.

==Comment envoyer un MP (Message Privé) ?==
Envoyer un MP, c'est très simple. Il suffit de cliquer sur "[http://www.simland.eu/forum/privmsg.php?folder=inbox Messages Privés]" (en haut de la page, juste en dessous des logos « Cartes » et « Météo ») puis de cliquer sur "Nouveau". Il suffit ensuite d'entrer le pseudo du destinataire dans la case appropriée puis d'entrer le sujet, et enfin de taper le texte avant de l'envoyer en cliquant sur le bouton du même nom.

==Comment poster une image sur Simland ?==
Pour poster sur [[Simland]] une image contenue sur votre ordinateur, il suffit d'uploader son image sur un site spécialisé comme l'un de ceux cités dans cette liste : [http://imageshack.us/ Imageshack] ; [http://photobucket.com/ Photobucket] ou [http://flickr.com Flickr] (inscription nécessaire dans plusieurs de ces sites).

Il suffit ensuite de suivre les instructions. (la plupart du temps, il faudra cliquer sur "Browse", "Choose files" ou autre chose, puis sur "Upload"). Une fois la photo uploadée, copier le code forum (entouré par les balises [IMG]) et le coller dans votre message. Attention, il est interdit d'uploader une image sur le WikiSimland uniquement pour les besoins du forum.

==Comment créer une page sur le WikiSimland ?==
Il faut d'abord créer un compte sur le WikiSimland, en cliquant sur "Créer un compte ou connecter" en haut à droite de l'écran. Après être connecté, il suffit de taper dans la barre d'adresses http://wiki.simland.eu/index.php/XXX ("XXX" est à remplacer par le nom de la page que vous souhaitez créer). Ensuite, taper le texte puis cliquer sur "Envoyer".

=Les bases de Simland=

==IRL ? RP ? Kézako ?==
Avant de parler plus amplement du fonctionnement du pays, il convient de distinguer les différents « domaines » de la micronation [[Simland]] car comme toute micronation, il y a un domaine inlude et exlude ici exprimé IRL (pour In Real Life) et RP (Role Play).
Le domaine IRL est celui de la vie réelle, et donc tout ce qui est extérieur au jeu [[Simland]]. Chaque membre a une vie en dehors du jeu que l’on doit respecter.
Le domaine RP, au contraire, se rapporte à tout ce qui est dans le jeu. Les membres de [[Simland]] sont des [[Gouvernement|ministres]], journalistes, PDG, policiers, maires … et ceci concerne aussi tous les projets réalisés sur le forum et les autres évènements qui se déroulent virtuellement à [[Simland]].
Une fois cette différence assimilée, vous pouvez vous plonger sereinement dans le jeu.
Il existe toutefois un domaine entre les deux que l’on pourrait appeler « Forum [[Simland]] », mais dont la notion est encore assez vague et abstraite pour un novice de [[Simland]]. Cette notion sera expliquée plus tard.

==Des infos géographiques sur Simland ?==
Le territoire de [[Simland]] s’étend à l’endroit IRL du Détroit de Béring, entre l’extrême Est de la Russie et l’Alaska. Il forme alors un sous-continent simlandais reliant le continent américain et le continent asiatique. Les plus observateurs remarqueront que le territoire Simlandais correspond à la Suisse tournée à 90° sur la gauche, et agrandie.
[[Simland]] est une République fédérale composée de 17 [[états]] ayant plus ou moins la même superficie réunissant toutes les [[villes]] créées par les membres avec le jeu Sim City 4. Le pays est symbolisé par une [[Carte de Simland|Carte Officielle] affichant non seulement l’emplacement RP des [[villes]] mais aussi les [[autoroutes]], routes, [[TGV]], [[fleuves]] et reliefs du pays. La [[Carte de Simland|carte]] est mise à jour régulièrement afin d’y afficher les nouvelles villes des membres nouvellement inscrits sur le forum.
Toutes les [[villes]] de [[Simland]] sont pour l’instant créées avec le jeu Sim City 4 et possèdent un sujet dans le forum afin que leurs maires puissent la présenter sous forme d’images du jeu et ainsi perpétuer l’activité de la ville. Il est d'ailleurs possible de constituer un RP actif avec sa ville en la faisant participer aux différents projets lancés par le [[Gouvernement]], certaines [[simcompagnies]], ou d’autres organismes ce qui permet à cette ville d’être connue et reconnue parmi les autres.

==Quel est le Gouvernement ? Quel est son rôle ?==
Comme nous l’avons vu précédemment, [[Simland]] est une République ayant à sa tête un [[Président]]. Le [[Président]] est le membre le plus important de [[Simland]] car il est le Chef de l’État et est garant de l’activité politique du pays. C’est un membre citoyen élu pour 6 mois par l’ensemble des citoyens majeurs. Les élections ont lieu en avril et en octobre (les dates peuvent changer). Une fois élu, il nomme son [[Gouvernement]] composé d’un [[Vice-Président]], de Ministres et parfois de Secrétaires d’État et d’un Porte-parole.
Le [[Vice-Président]], est le colistier du [[Président]] lors de sa candidature. Il l’épaule dans ses fonctions ayant parfois un ministère à charge et peut le cas échéant le suppléer s’il ne pouvait pas assurer ses fonctions.
Les Ministres ont chacun un domaine d’action spécifique et sont en charge des projets qui leurs sont donnés par le [[Président]] ou son Vice dans une feuille de route. Ce sont eux qui prennent en charge les Projets Gouvernementaux et sont en lien direct avec le reste de la population simlandaise.
Les Secrétaires d’État épaulent les Ministres dans un domaine précis dans le cas ou la charge de travail d’un Ministre est trop grande. C’est aussi l’occasion pour un membre de débuter sa carrière gouvernementale.

Il s’agit des entreprises de [[Simland]]. Il en existe de toutes sortes que ce soit des simcompagnies de transports, de graphisme, des médias, des banques, des agences immobilières… La seule limite est l’imagination du créateur de l’entreprise. Il faut cependant savoir qu’il n’y a aucun lien entre les simcompagnies de [[Simland]] et les entreprises IRL et qu’il est convenu que les simcompagnies n’ont aucune activité en dehors de Simland aussi bien RP que IRL.
Les Simcompagnies sont l’essence même de l’activité du pays. Ce sont elles qui font tourner l’économie. Certaines d’entre elles offrent des services réels comme des logos, des créations Sims 2, des journaux, des titres de propriétés … qui se paient avec de l’argent fictif, le [[simleon]] (voir paragraphe suivant) ou organisent des concours et les compétitions sportives garantissant leurs revenus par les dons et la publicité. D’autres ont constitué des groupes formés de plusieurs filiales dans des domaines différents gérées par une maison mère. Les autres sont des simcompagnies dites « RP » qui ne proposent pas de biens réels mais sont tout aussi utiles à la cohésion et au réalisme du pays tels le traitement des déchets, le service postal, les grands magasins. Ces dernières ne génèrent pas de revenu c’est pourquoi certaines d’entre elles sont nationalisées, c’est à dire rachetées par l’État (via les impôts) qui paie un gérant pour garder l’entreprise active.

==Quelle est la monnaie Simlandaise ?==
[[Simland]] possède donc sa propre monnaie le [[Simleon]], ayant pour symbole §. Elle est la seule monnaie d’échange légale à [[Simland]] et n’a aucune valeur ailleurs.
Il s’agit du moteur principal de l’économie simlandaise. Tout membre du forum [[Simland]] peut posséder des [[simleons]]. Introduit en 2006, il a changé complètement la vision des citoyens leur permettant d’échanger des biens ou des services contre rémunération. Les simcompagnies peuvent ainsi faire payer leurs produits, payer un sous-traitant pour un logo, payer ses employés, sponsoriser une compétition, s’offrir une publicité dans un journal ou organiser un concours avec de l’argent à la clé. Le [[Gouvernement]] récolte des impôts auprès des membres citoyens afin de subventionner certains projets, payer les ministres et les fonctionnaires. Bref les possibilités sont énormes et quasi infinies.

==Qu'est-ce que la majorité simlandaise ? Quand est-elle atteinte ?==
Être majeur à [[Simland]], c'est avoir 21 jours d'ancienneté et avoir posté au moins 50 messages sur le forum. Avant la majorité, vos droits sont limités. En effet, cette période de pré-majorité constitue votre période de maturité durant laquelle vous découvrez les rouages de [[Simland]], son fonctionnement. C'est en quelque sorte une période d'initiation durant laquelle vous êtes épaulé par votre parrain. Ce n'est pas pour autant que vous ne pouvez rien faire. Durant cette période de pré-majorité, vous pourrez ainsi participer à la vie du forum, en réagissant aux différents sujets du forum, devenir employé du [[sim-compagnie]] et ainsi gagner vos premiers [[Simleons]] (voir plus bas le sujet sur l'ASE), ou encore devenir membre d'un parti politique, si vous sentez l'âme d'un futur militant... ou [[Président]].
Une fois la majorité simlandaise atteinte, des droits vous seront débloqués. Vous pourrez ainsi créer votre propre [[sim-compagnie]], installer votre ville à [[Simland]], voter aux [[élections Présidentielles]], pouvoir être choisi comme Ministre, etc...
Le jeu [[Simland]] dans toute sa quintessence commence maintenant.

==A quelles règles et lois dois-je me soumettre ?==
Premièrement, vous devez vous soumettre aux lois de votre pays IRL. Tout manquement à celles-ci sera réprimandé. Ensuite, d'autres types de textes et règles s'appliquent à [[Simland]].
Premièrement, la [[Constitution|Constitution de Simland] : il s'agit du texte fondateur de [[Simland]]. La [[Constitution]] actuellement en vigueur est une deuxième version, ratifiée en mars 2010. Elle ne s'applique que dans le cadre RP de [[Simland]]. Elle détermine les pouvoirs en place, les partage entre les postes importants de [[Simland]] (le [[Président]], le [[Gouvernement]], le [[Juge Fédéral]], les [[Gouverneurs]], les modérateurs...), a un rôle d'arbitre lorsqu'un problème d'ordre politique ou juridique se pose et celle-ci pose également les règles de bases du jeu [[Simland]] pour les [[villes]] et les simcompagnies. Tous les autres textes de lois doivent être en accord avec la [[Constitution]]. Au vu de son importance capitale, la [[Constitution]] ne peut être modifiée que sous certaines conditions très restrictives. Son application est assurée par l'Administration de [[Simland]].
Deuxièmement, la [[Charte des Forums]] : celle-ci détermine les règles de bonne conduite à appliquer dans le cadre réel du forum.
Dernièrement, les [[Lois Simlandaises]] : textes rédigés par le Gouvernement, expliquant le fonctionnement d'un poste, d'un organisme ou d'un secteur d'activité.

C'est simple. Tous les 6 mois, les simlandais se rendent aux urnes afin de déterminer quel membre candidat conduira la politique simlandaise pendant un mandat. Ces élections ont traditionnellement lieu en Avril et en Octobre. Le candidat élu au suffrage universel déterminera ensuite le [[Gouvernement]] simlandais.
Ces élections se déroulent en 2 tours : si un candidat n'a pas la majorité absolue au 1er Tour, un 2nd Tour déterminera les 2 candidats ayant eu les plus hauts scores au 1er Tour. Cependant, il n'y aurait qu'un tour si seulement 2 candidats se présentent.
Pour pouvoir voter, mais aussi pour être candidat, un simlandais doit simplement avoir la majorité simlandaise.

==Comment inscrire ma ville à Simland ?==
Durant votre période de pré-majorité, votre ville ne pourra être incluse dans la [[Carte de Simland]]. Cependant, cette période vous permet de montrer votre ville aux Simlandais via le forum « [http://www.simland.eu/forum/forum11.php Toutes les nouvelles villes de Simland] » puis de réfléchir quant à l'emplacement de celle-ci une fois votre majorité atteinte. En effet, une fois votre majorité atteinte, vous pourrez faire une demande à la LCN (La Cartographie Nationale) sur le topic « [http://www.simland.eu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5815 Installation des Villes sur la Carte] » (où vous renseignerez l'endroit précis sur la carte où vous souhaitez implanter votre ville) afin d'intégrer votre ville à [[Simland]]. Le topic de votre ville sera ensuite transféré dans le forum de l’État de destination.

==Comment avoir un emploi ?==
Pour gagner des Simleons et pouvoir ainsi se payer un logement ou d'autres biens simlandais (magazines, voyages, etc...), il est indispensable d'avoir un emploi. Comment ? Suivez le guide. Il faut tout simplement se rendre sur le forum de l'[http://www.simland.eu/forum/forum233.php ASE], l'Agence Simlandaise pour l'Emploi. Une fois sur ce forum, vous pourrez consulter les offres des différentes sim-compagnies simlandaises puis contacter la sim-compagnie qui recherche de jeunes employés afin d'essayer de décrocher un poste. Les postes proposés sont souvent bien payés et vous permettront amplement de payer logement et loisirs.

==Comment créer une Sim-Compagnie ? Et une fédération sportive ?==

Pour créer une sim-compagnie, il vous faudra avoir acquis la majorité simlandaise. Ensuite, un simple topic dans un forum « [http://www.simland.eu/forum/forum49.php Médias] », « [http://www.simland.eu/forum/forum201.php Mobilité et Transports] » ou encore « [http://www.simland.eu/forum/forum215.php Les autres entreprises et activités du pays] » suffira pour officialiser votre entreprise. Cependant, dans certains secteurs d'activités, des autorisations s'imposent. Dans le secteur des médias, il vous faudra avoir déclaré votre entreprise auprès du [[CSA]], via un inscription sur le [http://www.simland.eu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12013 Registre des Entreprises Actives (REA)], pour pouvoir diffuser. Dans le secteur de l'immobilier, il vous faudra obtenir l'aval du [[Ministre de l’Économie|Ministère de l’Économie]] afin d'obtenir un label vous permettant d'exercer. Enfin, prochainement, dans le domaine des paris sportifs, il vous faudra détenir une Licence achetée auprès de l'ASFS (Association des Fédérations Sportives Simlandaises) pour être autorisé à exercer. Cependant, des aides financières seront mises en place pour les jeunes investisseurs et les jeunes entreprises de paris.
En ce qui concerne les fédérations sportives, il faut également détenir la majorité simlandaise. Ensuite, vous devrez vous rendre sur le topic « [http://www.simland.eu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12724 Registre des Fédérations Sportives] » situé dans le forum « [http://www.simland.eu/forum/forum206.php Sports] » afin de savoir si le sport à propos duquel vous souhaitiez créer une fédération, possède déjà une fédération active, ou si une fédération de ce sport avait déjà été créée, mais est désormais abandonnée. Le cas échéant, il vous suffira d'envoyer un MP à [http://www.simland.eu/forum/privmsg.php?mode=post&u=1050 Tonio] (Président de l'ASFS) afin d'obtenir l'autorisation de reprise d'une fédération inactive. Si le sport que vous souhaitez représenter à [[Simland]] ne possédait pas de fédération, vous pourrez aisément créer celle-ci en postant le topic de cette fédération dans le forum « Tous les sports de Simland ». A noter que la plupart du temps, les fédérations vivent des subventions de l'ASFS, des sponsors, des droits de diffusion TV, ou encore de dons.
