Inauguré le 27 octobre 1965, le 211 Colonius Avenue est un immeuble qui se caractérise par la simplicité de son architecture. Respectant fidelement les lignes du mouvement international avec un mur rideau en granite, la conception du bâtiment devait avant tout répondre à un objectif de rationalisation de l'espace et des mouvements.
