L'effectif et la composition de l’équipe est très jeune et manque un peu d’expérience , cependant ils peuvent compter sur les meilleur en matière d'encadrement , la stratégie utilisé pour cette rentrer d’équipe dans le championnat (l’équipe n'a officiellement qu'un mois d'existence) est calqué sur celle de la France en 98 , un encadrement de "baroudeur" d’expérience , au profil atypique qui soutienne une équipe jeune et très agressive le capitaine de l’équipe ('''Venturino Foltani''') est un homme d’expérience dans le championnat Simlandais (le seul a avoir jouer dans une autre équipe nationale) son agressivité est connu et surtout son sens tactique , il n'est nullement a mettre en doute , qu'il aura toute les conditions nécessaires le moment venu . | |||
L'Olympique de Venitias n'a pas hésité a mettre les moyens pour s'offrir de très bon joueur et un encadrement de qualité , le budget de l'année prochaine ne semble pas suffisant pour tenter deux fois le même pari . | |||
