Le 3 juillet 2011 Jocelyn quitte son club de coeur afin de s'engager avec le club russe du Zénith St.Petersbourg pour une durée de 4 ans. Il y inscrira un total de 52 buts au cours de ces quatres années toutes compétitions confondues avec le club septentrional russe. En juin 2015 il annonce vouloir rentrer à Simland afin de retrouver sa famille et ses proches.
