La société [[Construsim]] est le leader simlandais du BTP et de ferraille. Cet acteur est née de la fusion de 17 sociétés reparties sur le territoire. A l'état 2012 quelques mois après la régionalisation plusieurs sociétés décident de fédérer leurs activités TP et construction sous un seul nom [[Construsim]].
