Les périphériques, rocades et autres rings sont majoritairement des routes à forte capacité qui ont été aménagées et améliorer afin d'atteindre les standards autoroutiers en terme de sécurité et de vitesse bien qu'il peut parfois s'agit de tronçons spécialement créés afin de desservir certaines zones hautement urbanisées (villes et agglomérations) et assurent ainsi une connexion rapide entre les principaux pôles d'activité à Simland et le réseau routier.
