Pour combler 4 clubs manquants (Azaleas Pinguins, RC Carlotano, Mercentille FC et Hudson-Rétanie), 3 clubs de TVS League ont été promus : le finaliste du barrage (Sporting Kasteelheer) et les demi-finalistes (FC Lewiston et AS Chamaliéroise).
